TONY HALE is filmmaker, editor and media specialist living and working in New York City.

As a kid, Tony first discovered editing while recording loops from his drum kit. Some years later, while attending Boston College and working for a Harvard University media lab, he rediscovered this passion in the field of film and video. After graduating with a degree in math and four BC film awards (including Best Picture), he traveled to Chiriquí, Panamá to complete his first documentary.

Since then, Tony has furthered his filmmaking efforts with numerous independent and commercial projects; a Multimedia Citation from Harvard University; and continued work in the non-profit sector. His background in percusion, math and computers, along with a working knowledge of the Spanish language, has resulted in a variety of films and video projects. Check them out under Film & Video.

He currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
